π About Sahaja Yoga:
Sahaja Yoga is a unique meditation practice that takes you beyond the realm of thoughts and emotions, enabling you to tap into your inner self. Developed by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, in 1970. Sahaja Yoga activates the dormant energy within each individual, known as Kundalini. This awakening brings forth a blissful state of thoughtless awareness, where you can witness the present moment with clarity and peace. Shri Mataji spent the rest of her life traveling the world to share the life-changing experience of Self-Realisation. Her lectures and classes were always entirely free of charge, insisting that one cannot pay for something that is a birthright. Now Sahaja Yoga classes can be found in more than 95 countries around the world, completely for free.

Regardless of your age, background, or religious beliefs, Sahaja Yoga is open to all. You don't need any prior meditation experience. Simply bring an open mind and the desire to explore your true self.
