We will practice mindfulness meditation (guided but with time for silence as well) and then continue our discussion of the Noble Eight-fold path, covering the second element this week: Wise Intention (aka Right Thought). All are welcome, with or without prior experience. Chairs are available for those who do not prefer to sit on the ground. The class is offered freely but of course donations are welcome. Ample parking right across the street.
