Rabble is bored of boring exercise. Why do kids have all the fun? We've remixed games of old for times of new! It's time to bring back British Bulldogs, Capture the Flag, Manhunt and more. Disguising fitness in the process!

• we are SUPER friendly and very social (often drinks after the game)

• drop in when you can make it

• every session is a team game, and it's different every time

• all abilities are welcome

• aim is to have FUN, make FRIENDS, get FIT by accident

• we have taken London by storm and have just launched in Chester!

We are fed up of serious, monotonous exercise. Being active can be fun, so why isn't it? Let's play ourselves fit.
