More than four years after passage of the JOBS Act of 2012, the Crowdfunding legislation finally become effective on May 16, 2016.

Learn whether, and if so, how Crowdfunding might be able to help you raise capital for your business no matter what stage of the cycle.

In this lesson we will cover:

· How Crowdfunding works compared to crowd-sourcing and other types of equity or debt financing

· What the rules of the road are for companies seeking to raise funds using Crowdfunding; and

· The practical implications of potentially having to deal with a large number of investors.
