Mid Day Meditation

Join for a mid-day mindfulness practice.
Support calm, easeful living by pausing in your day to breathe and bring awareness to the present moment.
Class starts with a brief discussion regarding meditation. We begin a 20 minute meditation at 12:05. The last five minutes are open discussion and/or reflection.
To begin, the meditation will have a few minutes of gentle guidance for gathering and focusing awareness before allowing the remainder to be in silence. You are welcome to meditate in whatever technique or tradition your prefer.
