Indy WordLab Meetup: July - David Blomenberg

Details
Indy Wordlab is a monthly reading series/open writing workshop. A local writer reads their work, takes questions, and offers a writing experiment, Attendees take 30-40 minutes to write on the prompt, and then reconvene in small groups to share their work.
This month, David Blomenberg will lead WordLab. David Blomenberg's work has been published in Artifice, Salzburg Poetry Review, PRESA, Tulane Review, and elsewhere. He co-authored a book on the paintings and life of Indiana artist T. J. Koch and is currently editing a volume of Koch's musical scores. Blomenberg's first volume of poetry, Simulcast, is in preparation for publication. He has taught at Russian State University for the Humanities, as well as at DePauw University and Purdue University. In 2009 he received a Pushcart Prize nomination, and was nominated for Best of the Web, a series published by Dzanc Books.
