Pirate Metrics with Rosie from Lean-Teams

This October we have Rosie from Lean-Teams hosting a "Pirate Metrics" workshop.

Rosie's introduction to this session:

If you want your business to grow, you need to understand your numbers.

And most of us want to run and hide and bury our heads in the sand when it comes to numbers. This interactive workshop will take a look at what numbers you need to know, monitor and measure so that you know if your business is on track. It will be delivered in a light-hearted way for serious content. Suitable for those with a startup business or just starting out with your idea and want to know what you should be measuring, this workshop is for you. Pens & paper, quills & parchment will be useful, as will a Pirate hat and parrot!
