Imagine if you could live your life without fearing failure, without becoming overwhelmed by negative thoughts.
The fear of failure is often, but not always, introduced to us through childhood; Sometimes because of helicopter parenting and sometimes simply through situational circumstances. It’s not easy to hear the words “No, you can't do that!” over and over again.
After a while caution precedes your every action. You seek approval before making a decision. You second guess yourself at every turn.
As we grow, this negative belief becomes unconscious. Buried down so deep in your mind that you don’t even know it’s there. You just struggle through life as best as you can.
Overcoming the fear of failure is not always easy, but it can be done, especially if you are determined to take your personal or professional growth to the next level.
Whether you're a student, a job-seeker, a CEO, a Special Forces Commando, a celebrity or even Royalty you can suffer from this fear (I know I've treated them all).
There is no magic pill that will transform you into a fearless hero, but there are steps that will take you closer to freedom from the imaginary jail cell of your mind.
I invite you to join me to explore where this fear comes from, how it presents and ultimately how we can learn to use any sense of failure to your advantage, rather than dreading it.
After-hours entry to the library will be via the side door (to the right and around the corner from the main entrance door) - it will be sign posted.
I will open the side door from 6.20pm onwards.
I look years to meeting you.
