Hello runners!!! Great work today. Awesome commitment to your lifestyle. We are missing a few of you, hope to see you in these last TWO weeks! Optional run for our last day March 29th: Let me know who wants to do this race we get tickets to a future game! Tuesday is warm up 18 minutes, 22 minutes run with no walks and then our cool down and strength training for our foundation of running specific muscles. We will use 7:2 unless you feel that's too much. See you Tuesday. ~Coach Byrd
