Hi Runners!
Nice work Saturday on your 8 miles. A little hilly, but nothing you can't handle. Way to go!!

Here is your schedule for the week (FT=Foundation Training) :
Sun = 3 miles
Mon=4 miles +20 min FT Tues=Off
Wed=4 miles +20 min FT/Valentine's Fun Run
Thur=35 min FT
Fri = Off
Saturday = 6 miles*
