Helllllooooo Snails!!!
Tonight is going to be our St. Paddy's Day Fun Run! Fun it is going to be! Don't forget to wear some sort of green. We will also be doing our regularly scheduled run.
What is the regularly scheduled run, you ask? Good question! We are starting the last interval stage this week. Tonight, we will be running for 40 min at 4 min run: 1 walk intervals + 20 min FT. We'll run towards the Royal Oaks Trail also, so nice and flat. Those of you that came on Saturday got a sneak peek at what 4:1's are like and didn't die, which is great. Thank you.
This week's schedule:
Monday: 40 min run + 20 min FT
Tuesday: Cross Train
Wednesday: 45 min run + 20 min FT
Thursday: 30 min FT
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 65 min run
Sunday: Walk
