Since you have been running for one month it is time for a change. Actually three changes. First, the interval changes by adding one minute to our running time and decrease our walking. Second, we are adding time to our run to increase our endurance. Third, we are adding an additional 5 minutes on to our foundation training after the run.
Our intervals are now 3 minutes walking and 2 minutes running. We will run for 35 minutes. After the run we will do foundation training for 15 minutes.
