To get through a rough interval live in the "now". Tune into your breath, running technique, and your current pace. Stay away from what lies ahead or how much time is left.
Tonight we will continue with our 3 minutes walking and 2 minutes running interval. We will be running for 35 minutes. We will finish the evening with 15 minutes of foundation training.
