This Meet Up is for individuals interested in lowering their stress level and connecting with themselves, the people around them and the environment through Mindful Based Stress Reduction techniques. There will be a discussion on the science behind the program, followed by a short meditation.

Come learn a few of the techniques of mindful living and how to introduce and practice them in your life.
