What we're about

The ABQ Poet-Heart group announces, connects and helps to organize poets and poetry events in the Greater Albuquerque Area. It is a cooperative bulletin board with several organizers who "host" events by posting information about them.

The people attracted to this group appreciate poetry and are interested in all genres and types of poetry both written and performed. As far as poetry goes in Albuquerque, there will most likely be something of interest for everyone including readings, writers groups, slams, academic functions, open mics, workshops, conventions, monthly venues, poetry festivals and madcap adventures.

Think of ABQ Poet-Heart as a hub of information about activities and events, a powerful presence on the Internet where people can find out what's happening poetry-wise in Albuquerque.
