This months meeting will be a primer on how to successfully execute the BRRRR strategy. The “BRRRR” Strategy is the name created by Brandon Turner of Bigger Pockets to describe a very popular strategy in Real estate investing.
“BRRRR” stands for Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance and Repeat. With this process you can safely harvest your equity from performing units. The presenter will share 2 case studies and what they learned from the process.
