Our speakers will be covering the basics on founders agreement, resources, startup finances, and what you need to know from day 0 in both legal and finance terms.

Venture Lawyers, an Amsterdam based entrepreneurial law firm, specialized in corporate transactions with a focus on venture capital and M&A will cover the legal part of this event. Regarding the financial matters, those will be covered by Jin Han, who has experience as a mentor as well as in fundraising strategy.
