Welcome to ADAM, a safe space for men to interact, bond, and express themselves in a way that feels most natural to them. ADAM is a closed group, so if you happened upon this page by accident you will need to reach out to the organizer (Patrick) to inquire. This group was inspired by an expressed need for a group where like-minded men can spend time with each other while enhancing personal growth, relationships, and spiritual connection through socialization, discussion, and activities. Our group is not intended to compete with other similar groups, but to support each other in offering content which supplements one another's programming. ADAM will act to support our brothers in each of our unique ways of expressing our maleness. Through interaction and creative expression we will strive to be our most authentic selves in an open, non-judgmental setting. In this space, you are welcome and encouraged to define and express who you are by your own truth and definition. You may find that your own expression of who you are as a man (i.e. what appeals to you, how you present, act or behave) conflicts with what is outlined by others to be appropriate or acceptable for men in mainstream society, and may often leave you feeling shamed for not fitting more easily into a particular mold. You may even modify your life to accommodate these expectations, leaving you unhappy or unfulfilled in this lifetime. This group's message is about freedom - emotional, physical, spiritual, and societal, and presenting yourself to the world as you are, proudly and boldly.
As a group, we will strive to access deep, unconditional love for ourselves, each other, and our relationships in general. It's a complicated world, and ADAM's hope is to provide something far less complicated. So come in out of the world for a while. Unplug and experience something new, and allow it to provide something you may take into your week, and into your life.
ADAM is run on donations only for the time being, as we strive to provide something that is easy for everyone to experience. The only thing asked in return is that you bring good intentions, that you value healthy living in mind and body, and always respect your brothers. Thanks for visiting.
