In this Meetup, I will share experiential exercises and support designed to help us STAY ON TRACK! with life and career goals. With each other's help, we'll design and set-up routines to help with organization, scheduling, motivation and accountability that actually work for you! In a supportive, relaxed environment, we'll also explore body-based techniques that help identify any blocks that may be getting in the way of success. We'll also make use of 'accountability partners', because we recognize that ongoing support is crucial to our success. You do not need to be diagnosed with ADD/ADHD to join this group. This MeetUp is for anyone who wants extra support to STAY ON TASK with their goals. Bring a friend and embark on this journey together!
