The theme of this year’s Grand Expo will be “How to Invest in a Post-Pandemic World.” Our Grand Expo will be presented by the Los Angeles Real Estate Investors Club, Sam’s Real Estate Club, and Realty411. An entire day celebrating real estate investing and you can be part of it. There will be twelve national guest speakers (in breakout sessions), and a Vendor Expo area (the size of a hockey rink!) with over 60 real estate related vendors. Invest in your future by taking advantage of recently passed California Senate Bills 9 and 10, and also the NEW California Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) laws that allows YOU to add more rental units to your property.
Property owners must take advantage of Senate Bill 9! There is finally a possible “haymaker” that the small property owner will benefit from. Join Seth Phillips (a/k/a, “Mr. ADU”) as he discusses the benefits of Senate Bills 9 and 10, and how you can easily improve your revenue outlook by taking advantage of these new laws. This just passed legislation is going to offer real estate investors a new tool to create much-needed housing while at the same time creating great options to accumulate new wealth by optimizing an asset you already own. Seth will also be discussing the possible outcomes of Senate Bill 10 and the evolution of this new, 10-unit commuter housing option.
Additionally, Seth will be covering the new state allows multifamily property owners to add up to three or more rental units at their property…that's right – state law allows you to increase the number of rental units you own with very few restrictions. Under the new “ADU Law,” owners may add two new rental units regardless of square footage or number of units currently at the property and without any issue of local restrictions. Additionally, YOU may add 25% more rental units on top of that based upon YOUR existing square footage.
