Details

OK Folks - we're back with normal transmission for the first Monday of each month - and we're starting with spectacular.

We're beaming in:

The legendary Silicon Valley VC investor, Bill Reichert, co-founder (with Guy Kawasaki) of Garage Ventures. Earlier in his career, he worked at McKinsey & Company, Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., and the World Bank. Bill earned a B.A. at Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. He was a founding board member and a Chairman of the Churchill Club, and is an advisor to the Women’s Startup Lab. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations in New York.

Nikola Danaylov - the Bestselling author of Conversations with the Future, has spoken at public events on topics ranging from technology, transhumanism and the technological singularity to new media, blogging and podcasting. He has been ranked within the top 10 people the AI Elite follow on Twitter. Nikola’s Singularity.FM interviews have had over 4 1/2 million views on iTunes and YouTube and have been featured on international TV networks as well as some of the biggest blogs in the world, such as BBC, MTV, Space, ArteTV, TV Japan, the Telegraph, io9, the Huffington Post, ZDNet, BoingBoing and others.

And thirdly, Daniel Fagella the CEO / founder at TechEmergence, a market research and company discovery platform focused exclusively on artificial intelligence and machine learning. He is of the belief that the most important ethical considerations of the coming thirty years will be the creation or expansion of sentience and intelligence in technology. TechEmergence is intended as a vehicle to proliferate an open-minded conversation about the implications and applications of AI. He occasionally writes for TechCrunch, VentureBeat, Xconomy, VICE MotherBoard, and others, and speaks at TEDx, Stanford, Columbia (Paris campus), MIT, Harvard, & Brown University etc.

Folks - this is seriously great stuff ... all three are very important players and influential players in the AI space.

Monday 5.00pm in the basement at Fuse - be there or be square.
