"Wellbeing Tech and AI: Unlocking human potential with artificial intelligence" by Nichol Bradford Wellbeing is the essential tool for the future of health, work and human excellence. Without widespread wellbeing, we face a world of stress, anxiety, despair, tribalism, bad teams, low innovation, toxic companies, broken communities, low cognition and emotional regulation and even limited humanity. Wellbeing properly leveraged through technology transforms education, productivity, preventative health, and the hard limits of what we think humans can do and be -- which will support equality and opportunity in new ways. While it may seem counterintuitive, this is actually the moment for the creators, catalyzers, investors and those of courage and good heart to leverage this shift and build the wellbeing tech that will change the course of human history.
