We have partnered with the AI Robotic Ethics Society at UCLA.

The AI Robotic Ethics Society, a UCLA organization on a mission to ensure artificial intelligence is designed ethically and responsibly, would like to invite you to their inaugural AIRES conference on "An Ex-Ante Approach on Ethics in Artificial Intelligence" on May 31st.

In the face of the exponentially accelerating development of AI in the United States and around the world, this conference will allow current UCLA students, who will be tomorrow’s leaders in AI, and the public to better address the problems of ethical AI before they become potentially deadly issues.

JPL/NASA, UCLA, and USC professors will speak on the various topics of AI ethics, followed by a Q&A session and networking opportunities!

- Dr. Edward Parson, Director of UCLA Law AIPulse

- Dr. Yutao He, UCLA & Senior Technologist of JPL/NASA and Caltech

- Dr. Phebe Vayanos, Assoc. Director of USC Center of Artificial Intelligence in Society

- Dr. Pamela Hieronymi, UCLA professor in Ethics and Moral Responsibility

Food will be provided!

Use this opportunity and come and network with these experts in the field!
