TITLE: How Apache Kafka improves your healthcare big data architecture
ABSTRACT:
A big data architecture built on Apache Kafka improves access to timely data and enables new use cases through access to both current and historic data. In this talk, we’ll introduce Apache Kafka, describe how it fits into your big data architecture, and demo how to store healthcare data sets using FHIR. Finally, we'll explore how this new architecture can improve machine learning algorithms through access to better data.
