In this sequel to Shell's AIIM Conference 2023 session, you'll hear a progress report on a real-time case study. Find out how Shell's legal, IT, and business teams are co-leading their organization's information management improvement journey. Be inspired by Shell's approach to engaging individuals at all organizational levels to increase awareness of information management, build IM capability and visibility in the organization, and leverage IM communities to embed good IM practices in ways of working. Join this session to learn how this project team is working to deliver both compliance and business value by embedding effective information governance practices in the Shell community.

Debra is currently the IM Business Manager for the global Downstream and Renewables division of Shell with over 25+ years of experience managing information assets in the Energy sector. She also has expertise in developing and deploying strategic Information Management programs and initiatives across a diverse business community and is a leader in IM Practices and Behaviors Product in collaboration with IM leaders across Shell.
