Our 4th Annual Career Panel

We have again assembled a wonderful group of professionals ranging from Talent Acquisition to Change Management Experts. The panel will be led by SIM's own Jessica Carroll, who possesses a wealth of hiring and management experience during her tenured career. Jessica will be asking some unrehearsed challenging and thought provoking questions that will be answered by our expert panel during the presentation. Be prepared for you, our audience, to question the panel as well!

About our Moderator: Jessica Carroll

Jessica brings visionary industry expertise for changing the IT customer experience and driving digital transformation. Carroll is a Fellow at the Institute for Digital Transformation and a recipient of the Computer World Premier 100 IT Leader Award. Carroll brings her 20 years' experience in technology leadership roles, including her most recent position as Managing Director for Information Technologies for the United States Golf Association.

About our Panelists:

Ron Hadley:

Ron is Director of Employee Development Partners at IEEE. In this role he leads the Talent Management, Learning and Development and Employee Relations functions. Ron has implemented a variety of programs and tools focused on increasing engagement and preparing the next generation of talent for the many challenges facing business in today’s changing world.

Prior to this role he was Head of Talent Management at Novartis Development, with global responsibilities for development planning, employee assessments, succession planning, mentoring and a variety of other talent related initiatives.

Anthony T. Curlo:

Mr. Curlo is a quintessential entrepreneur and management advisory strategist with more than 25 years’ experience in start-ups, acquisitions, capital investments, joint ventures and financial restructuring in addition to leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies. With a reputation as a trusted advisor, Anthony founded DaVinciTek in 2004 with a dedication to exceeding client expectations using proven methodologies, superior customer service and top-tier IT talent. Most recently, Anthony and his team have been recognized by NJBIZ as one of the fastest 50 growing companies, Smart CEO - Future 50 and Inc. 5000 two years running.

Anthony is an executive board member of the New Jersey Staffing Alliance and was previously a Member of the Board of Directors for a privately held medical device company as well as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for a next generation Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) technology company.

David T. Wight:

Dave Wight has spent his whole career helping companies produce positive change to improve organizational and employee performance. He has held a variety of executive positions: Manager of Career Development for BASF where he helped design and implement a cutting-edge career development program throughout North America, Crum & Forster where he was the Director of Training and Organizational Development, and most recently, Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at Cegedim Dendrite.

In 2014, Dave returned to his consulting roots creating Performance Leadership Systems where he works primarily with small to mid-sized organizations, to effectively manage and develop their talent, and implement his new approach to the entire Performance Review process.
