ABSTRACT
Testing is the key to deliver better customer experience outcomes with more agility, but it has often been undervalued or underused by organizations. Fear of failure has kept many companies from driving innovation and reducing human bias; meanwhile, while organizations like Amazon have harnessed testing to drive a multi-billion dollar business line in Alexa technology. In this day in age, inaction is unaffordable. In this meeting, we will discuss where and when to test, and actionable steps on how to get started in digital optimization.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Courtney Fenstermaker is with InfoTrust (https://infotrust.com/) as a Senior Analytics Consultant. She is leading the charge in enabling clients to undergo digital analytics transformations. Courtney has helped clients across many industries to achieve a unified customer view by defining their data strategy, supporting tool selection and implementation, integrating disparate data sources, and generating powerful and actionable insights. Courtney is a mentor for the Women in Analytics program (https://womeninanalytics.com/), sits on the Education Task Force, and is the Governance and Privacy Officer for the Implementation Task Force for the Digital Analytics Association. She has also played a role in advising many of our local colleges and universities on their data analytics and data science curriculum.
