A program with in person retreats and online sessions for those who wish to stop and evaluate their purpose in life. It emphasizes the balance of the three main life components - Mind, Body, and Soul - through 5 related and integrated blocks, including life coaching, yoga/meditation, movement, nutrition, and social engagement.
