Led by Stuart Munton, our very own Head of Delivery, this interactive AND Chat will explore how team structure, ways of working and culture will evolve in the future.
Through a series of audience votes on different concepts, the floor will open up to a discussion on how the way we work in teams might change as we move forward.

About Stuart Munton
As Head of Delivery, Stuart is accountable for keeping AND Digital ahead of the curve across the full spectrum of ‘end-to-end’ delivery principles and practices (Agile, Product, Tech, Digital, Business Ops, etc.).
This involves deeply understanding what we are doing amazingly right now, researching where we should be innovating next for greatest impact, and forecasting how we could embed the 'next next' emergent principles and practices into our delivery work.
