Come home to the DFW "Art of Living" Meditation & Spiritual Upliftment Group!

We are a local chapter of the Art of Living Foundation, that is a nonprofit educational and humanitarian organization that is active in over 150 countries. We are dedicated to empowering the individual to live life to it's fullest potential through the Mind and Meditation.

Everyone wants greater happiness, health and success, What keeps us from achieving this is stress. We do this by offering programs that eliminate stress, create a sense of belonging, restore human values and encourage people from all backgrounds, religions and cultures to come together in celebration and service.

This group is open to ALL people (including Singles, Couples, Gay, Straight) interested in exploring the various options in the Dallas area to find a peaceful, happy, and healthy life.
