This group is intended for anyone, Deaf or hearing, who is interested in practicing ASL. All levels are welcome to attend.  If you're fluent and wish to help people who aren't, that would be extra awesome.  This page is designed to give you an idea of what to expect, and contains resources recommended by members.

We have regular meetings at 10 AM every other Saturday at Bricks & Scones in Larchmont, as well as other locations and times.  **Any member is welcome to schedule additional meetings at the time & place of his/her choice.**

Structure is flexible depending on attendees, but is generally as follows: We learn a chapter's worth of new signs each meeting, use those signs in sentences, and end with practicing finger spelling (both signing and receiving). 

Book is shared, so there is no need to bring anything unless you wish to. Feel free to bring whatever materials you have and we can incorporate those as well.

Please note there are FREE Community Sign Language classes on Thursdays at the Marlton School.  They are taught by Bob Hiltermann, a deaf actor and teacher, and they are open to all.   Details via link below:
