What we're about

Resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of adversity or significant sources of stress — such as family/relationship problems, health problems or workplace stressors. It's one of the most valuable competencies we can cultivate. Except there aren't that many practical ways to flex this muscle without adding more stress and strain to the process.

The Wim Hof Method solves for this and it's backed by science! We will be doing a 1.5-2 hour guided experience every 3-4 weeks. Your experience will include both light lecture and hands-on training as we explore the 3 Pillars of the method: Breathing Exercises, Cold Exposure (ice bath), and Mindset/Focus.

You will be learning, breathing, ice bathing, and expanding your human potential. You will come away with the tools to elevate your personal and professional life through mindfulness, resilience, and adaptability training. Tickets $15/meetup to cover space, ice, and snack fees.

Bring:

Bathing suit, yoga mat, towel, blanket if you choose for laying on, an open mind.
