What is Qigong? You may be familiar with Tai Chi which is an advanced form of qigong. Qi mean energy and Gong means work. Qigong is energy work. Not imaginary energy but the fundamental bio-magnetic energy that keeps our bodies operating.
This energy can be come inefficient, out of balance and restricted due to many factors such as unbalanced lifestyle, poor diet, lack of exercise, emotional upheavals, and stress.

This is an ongoing class and beginners may join at anytime. The practice rotates through the seasons and the exercises are repeated at the optimal times of year so continuing students will not miss out as there is always the next rotation
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows complete freedom of movement. Barefoot is best but if you must wear shoes the must be clean and flexible.
