Refreshments will be served!
The Looking Glass Factory - Universal Holographic Display, Alex Hornstein, CTO
Alex will take a deep dive into all things related to Looking Glass Factory’s latest digital holographic display - the Looking Glass. Over the past eight months, he has been working on techniques to capture digital holograms in the natural world, and he'll be sharing stories, video and results from his experiments in space, in growth chambers, under microscopes, and under the ocean.
Jaunt XR - Teleporter, Simon Venshtain, Director of Research
Simon will give a demonstration of the Teleporter technology, by live streaming a volumetric capture of a Jaunt XR colleague into the Meetup.
IMMY, Inc., Craig Bradley, Strategic Relations
The XR industry today is gated behind the requisite optics and tools needed to create a clean end-to-end user experience. An overview of the state of the industry today regarding optics and IMMY's fundamentally unique approach will be provided in order to drive the conversation forward.
Across Realities, Alexandria Heston, Chief Experience Officer / Co-Founder
Alexandria will be talking about how accessibility and collaborative social environments in VR/AR/MR are the key to mass adoption, and how we can bring that to everyday consumers.
Hope to see you there,
Patrick, Ron, and the AWE Nite Team
