ABOUT THIS MEETUP
Over the past couple of decades, the standards for acceptable customer service and sales in a contact center have gotten higher and higher, with a number of large companies raising the bar. Many organizations are trying to distinguish themselves from competitors through better customer experiences, and create more of a human connection with customers or prospects, while working within limited budgets.

In these presentations, Perficient (https://www.perficient.com), a systems integrator will cover three customer service improvements you can accomplish quickly with Amazon Connect and AWS, which will show immediate benefits even in a pilot implementation. In our second presentation, VoiceBase (http://voicebase.com), an AI-powered speech analytics provider will review how you can leverage the latest advancements in artificial intelligence in Amazon Connect to train your agents on how to increase sales.
