We are running a small hands on session with Kim Carter from Binary Mist. The topic is key to reducing costs of security due to bringing it from the most expensive place (go-live) to within the Sprint. What we find is that it not only reduces the cost of implementing security, but also the total cost of the project. This work-shop has an intro talk and goes through briefly the security focused processes and practices targeted toward developers, that I recommend for lifting security and reducing costs. Reducing total project cost is a very nice side-effect.
As always Bulletproof will be providing drinks and the venue.
