We can leverage each other's, time, capital resources, and experience to get more deals done. With combination of all Divas in our group we have been involved in over 500 deals in the past year and looking for new members. Beginners and curious minds that never invested in real estate before. We have people that invest in fix and flips, rental properties, short sales, foreclosures, private notes, wholesaling, multi-family, commercial, tax liens / deeds, subject-to, lease options and more.
