Pickleball anyone?
Who wants to play Pickleball? If this is your first time or you have played before and want to improve your skills, come join us for some fun games. This highly addictive sport brings fun to a smaller scale than tennis with the social aspect. I have paddles and balls, you will need water and tennis shoes. It will be warm in the evening so plan accordingly. **Anyone open to getting a drink/grub after?** TBD A couple of notes: the map does not accurately show where the courts are. (From the East either from Bell road or Greenway head west towards Bullard if your on Bell make a left and Greenway make a right. Then turn on Tierra Buena Lane. You will see the aquatic center, the play ground and 16 fenced in Pickleball courts right next to Dream catcher field. Call me if you need further assistance[masked] Come give it a try! Here is a link from Facebook of an amazing single’s match. Fun to watch even better to play! 😁 https://www.facebook.com/pickleballchannel/videos/987674398056827/

    What we're about

Thank you for your interest in the AZ Single Adventurers.

AZ Single Adventurers is an active singles social group between the ages of 21 and 65. We are not a drinking group and we are not a dating group. We don't host bar crawls or singles mixers - many other groups host those events and you are welcome to attend one of their events. However, our group may go out for beer after a hike or post events that involve light drinking. Most of our events involve being active in some way. During the cooler part of the year we tend to focus most of our events in the Phoenix area. As the weather warms we host outdoor events at higher elevations outside of the area to escape the heat. However, during the warm months we try to host as many active indoor activities as we can.

Some of the activities we host include but are not limited to:

Hiking (beginner to advanced levels), kayaking, camping, museums, volunteering, sailing, county park events, concerts/music festivals, easy bike rides, botanical gardens, indoor rock climbing, bowling, mini golf, game nights, outdoor presentations/lectures, picnics, travel, and more. Suggestions for events are always welcome.

DUES: We charge $5 annual dues. This helps pay for the fees Meetup charges the group organizer to have the group. This is the dues payment process: you apply to join the group, once approved you have 30 days to pay the dues, if not paid within 30 days meetup automatically removes you from the group. You're welcome to rejoin and pay the dues if this happens. Dues are good for one year from your payment date.

The organizers all believe in the group concept - we can have fun without excessive drinking and we love to stay active while getting to know others.

We hope to see you soon.
