What we're about

We meet once a week on a Monday at 7pm. Instructions are given at the start 7pm. It's best to turn up 15mins before the start.

You are running or walking following a flour trail. There are stops all the way unless you are super fit and you can look for flour.

Don't worry about fancy running gear, just trainers, shorts/leggings and Tee shirt the older the better, expect to get wet muddy feet, change of socks and shoes advisable.

Where? Usually a forest car park, look on our website for location of the next run as it somewhere different every week. There are town runs occasionally. A map can be found at our website........

MeetUp will deliver Mearns Hash House Harriers info runs are once a fortnight and last Saturday of the month..

Getting there, by, your own transport, bus, cycle or drop us an email and we will see if someone can oblige you and pick you up in their car. Car sharing is popular.

Rules:- There aren't any.

Cost £3 a run payable before the run at the run site this will be the best £3 you'll ever pay for an event, real value.

Runs are on a Sunday at 11am through the winter Sept-March, Monday evenings 7pm April-Sept

(Changes to Sundays in the winter due to light)

Our running club is more a social club than anything else. Runners at the peak of fitness will benefit by coming along, beginners get an easier gig, so don't worry about how fast a runner you are, luckily you don't need to be fit either there is always a shorter walkers route.

It's really for anyone but as it involves some drinking aimed at over 18's. You can bring your children if you want soft drinks are available for the drivers and young people.
You should get plenty of friendship and a little laughter we hope.
This club is not everybody's cup of tea but with 60 turning up at least once in the course of a month and 30 odds most nights/days you can tell it is popular. It's international too believed to be the biggest running Club/group in the world! By the way the Hash is an inexpensive meal like Corn beef Hash, (nothing to do with weed!)
