The Listening Room: Acoustic Music and Poetry Open Mic

The Listening Room is an open mic held every Tuesday at Leashless Brewing in Ventura. Acoustic music, poetry, and storytelling are welcome to be performed by anyone who comes. Sign up is between 6:30 and 7pm and performances will begin at 7. Each performer will have an opportunity to perform up to 2 pieces (3 if they are short) in front of an attentive room full of people. You can drink local beer, order pizza from the food truck outside, and listen to a bunch of talented artists from Ventura. This event is for everyone, whether you perform or prefer to listen, I want to meet new people and listen to the songs and stories they bring.
