What we're about

actEnglish aims to provide a hub for people to engage in drama without feeling intimidated so that they can build confidence and benefit from the range of ways theatre can improve language. We look to advise and support people to gain as much as possible from us but also prepare and direct them toward the many other opportunities London has to offer. We aim to support both the experienced and inexperienced, high and low level English speakers to benefit from a mutually supportive community of people offering a wide range of activities that celebrate everything theatre has to offer.

actEnglish activities are based around regular courses, conversation based activities such as theatre trips, and the group Company which puts on a 1 - 2 productions per year.

Workshops and courses are perfect for actors, people working in customer service, teachers, business workers or anyone simply wanting to be better communicators.
