During this interactive talk, led by Eleanor Armitage from local positive psychology consultancy Bailey & French, we’ll explore the Psychology of stress, the power of our perception and the connections between positive relationships and overcoming adversity. We’ll work together to identify practical ways that we can all manage the stresses and strains of daily life and build a stronger foundation of resilience.
