What we're about

This is a group for anyone who has an ADVENTUROUS spirit and who wants to enjoy life through activity with others. There are all kinds of events posted in this group some of which include hiking, biking, walking, running, dancing, eating, volleyball, bowling, camping, four square.... the list is endless. This group relies on members to host events, so if there is something you personally like to do, please consider hosting as it is highly likely there are others in the group who enjoy the same thing! You will fit in well with this group if you are adventurous, like to try new things, enjoy challenging yourself both physically and socially, and if you overall are a well adjusted human being (lol).

The above was the fun part. The below part is not so much fun - sorry.

If you join this group and "no show" multiple times or if you just overall make hosting a nightmare for members, you will be removed from the group. All of the hosts volunteer their free time to host and they do a pretty good job of providing event details, so there is no need to make it any harder or time consuming for them.

Be sure to include a photo in your profile when joining, so that you can be identified during meetup events. Email notifications will be sent each time an event is put on the schedule. You can then RSVP yes/no, or simply ignore if you do not wish to attend. There is no need to indicate Not Attending if you have not already indicated Yes to attending.

I'm glad you have joined this group and look forward to meeting you on your first adventure with us!
