Connecticut Active Singles

GPS is 800 Westfield Rd. Turn left or right at sign for Guiffrida Park. Meet on the top & turn into Driveway of White House.

NO KIDS - NO DOGS - NO SNEAKERS, Wear hiking boots. Buffet breakfast or early lunch after each hike. Hike starts at 9:30AM sharp, please arrive at 9:00AM. Hike will last approximately 2 hour. Singles Only 30s-70s. For those of you new to Active Singles, please check-in with Charlie upon arrival (baseball cap and bright colored shirt).

We hike at four different group levels:
Social: 3 to 4 miles in 2 hours
Moderate-Intermediate: 4 to 5 miles in 2 hours
Advanced: 5 to 6 miles in 2 hours
Expert: 6 to 7 miles in 2 hours

We will meet for lunch at 12:00pm at Young Youngs Chinese Buffet. GPS: GPS is 1668 Meriden Waterbury Rd, Southington. From the hike, turn right onto Westfield Rd, and then continue onto Bee St. Turn left onto Baldwin Ave, and then continue on Preston Ave. Turn right to take I-691 west. Drive about 5 to 6 miles, take the Route 10 Exit 7 ramp, and turn right on Route 10 North. At the second traffic light, turn left on to Route 322. Meet a half a mile down on the left in a small plaza.

GPS: 275 Punch Brook Rd, Burlington, CT 06013. Route 6 turn left onto Route 69 and drive for 7 miles. Then turn right onto Route 4 and drive for 1.1 miles and bear left at the fork to continue onto Punch Brook Road for .1 mile. Then turn right into the Nassahegan Recreational Complex parking lot.

Driving directions from Nassahegan Recreational Complex to Hibachi Buffet (GPS is) 99 Farmington Ave in Bristol CT 06010. Left out of lot onto Route 4 for 1.2 miles. Next turn left onto Route 69 and continue for 7 miles. Then turn left onto Route 6 and continue for .2 miles. Then turn left into the Bristol Commons Plaza.
