About us
This is a community for anyone wanting to share knowledge and experience with Microsoft technologies that IT Pros care about - Windows and Server OS's, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, Defender, Purview and other systems and tools that we use.
We have an open approach where members are encouraged to speak up and discuss during meetings.
We meet at the Adelaide Microsoft premises monthly but also stream live via Microsoft Teams.
We are open to anyone presenting on a relevant topic.
This is a community driven, free and not for profit group. We do have sponsors presenting sometimes, but only in an information sharing capacity and sales orientated.

August Meetup - Enterprise IT Helpdesk on Power Platform - Tony Babu
·HybridMicrosoft Adelaide, Level 12, Aurora Building, 147 Pirie Street Adelaide, Adelaide, AUJoin the AMITPC as we welcome Tony Babu to walk through an Enterprise-style IT helpdesk solution he built from scratch, including:
- Power Apps for ticket submission
- Power Automate for intelligent triage and routing
- SharePoint for data storage and audit logging
- Power BI for operational reporting
- Automated SLA tracking and escalation
Tony will demonstrate how each component connects to create an end-to-end support workflow, from the initial ticket through to assignment, tracking, resolution, and reporting.
He will also share some of the production issues encountered during development, how he investigated them, and the techniques he used to identify and resolve the underlying problems.
This practical session is ideal for anyone interested in Power Platform, IT service management, workflow automation, or building production-ready business applications.
This will be a Hybrid Event.
