If both these things are true, this is absolutely the group for you. If you're only looking to meet new people, another group would be better.
WHO ARE WE?
- We are a very friendly and welcoming group.
- This is a very active group, with 15-25 attendees each time.
- Players are about ⅔ women, ⅓ men. Players are 20's to 70's.
- We play at a beautiful private venue in Wayville. This is a safe, comfortable place.
DO I NEED TO HAVE PLAYED SCRABBLE BEFORE?
- Yes. Even if you played a few times, or a long time ago, that's still fine. You know what Scrabble is, and you know that you like it. If you like other word games or puzzles, or anything similar, that's good enough too.
- You don't need to be good at Scrabble, to join us. You'll be playing against other new players, not experts.
MORE DETAILS
- It's not a tournament, event, or anything formal. We're just playing Scrabble. Stay for as many games as you like.
- There's nothing you need to know or do beforehand.
- There's no cost or commitment, and everything is provided. Just join us one evening, and see if you like it.
