Forest Therapy Walk
(Kuitpo Forest, 12-13km, Loop)
It’s no secret that being outside in nature has a soothing effect. Anyone who has looked up through the branches of a massive tree in the forest can feel being inspired and renewed. Walking in the forest is simply about surrounding yourself in nature and allowing its sounds and rhythms to wash over you. Let us recharge, relax and rejuvenate at the Kuitpo Forest this weekend:).
**15 minutes of mindful and silent Forest Bathing Experience has been included in this hike. **
What is Forest Bathing?
This Japanese practice is a process of relaxation; known in Japan as shinrin yoku. The simple method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply. It can boost the wellbeing in a natural way.
Breathe, Stretch and Relax! It can be cold in the forest so rug up :). Water proof walking boots can be a bonus:).
