About Carrie Morey
Carrie Morey founded her handmade biscuit business in 2005, with the goal of making the tender, buttery, made-by-hand biscuits of her mother accessible across the country. Over 15 years later, Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit is widely recognized as an iconic Southern brand. Carrie is the author of two cookbooks and is currently starring in a culinary docu-series, How She Rolls, about biscuits, business, and balance in her life as an entrepreneur, debuting on PBS Spring 2021.

Carrie Morey's her latest cookbook, Hot Little Suppers: Simple Recipes to Feed Family and Friends, will be published in October 2021. About Cheryl Day
Cheryl Day is a New York Times bestselling cookbook author, a James Beard Award semifinalist for Outstanding Pastry Chef, a self-taught scratch baker, and an entrepreneur. Cheryl and her husband Griffith are cofounders of the Back in the Day Bakery in Savannah, Georgia, and coauthors of The Back in the Day Bakery Cookbook. Cheryl is a cofounder of Southern Restaurants for Racial Justice and a founding member of the leadership committee for the James Beard Foundation Investment Fund for Black and Indigenous Americans. Her first solo cookbook, Cheryl Day’s Treasury of Southern Baking, will be published in November 2021.
