How do companies decide to pursue new ventures? What questions do executives consider when doing so? In most markets, the development of product-line extensions is a competitive reality. As markets and categories evolve, businesses must constantly adapt their product offering in response to customer and competitive pressure.

Strategic expansion can add entire new value propositions that open up new markets, add new customers and capture adjacent customer segments.

What do executives consider when making these moves and recognize important shifts that create new opportunities?

Join Dropbox and Advancing Women in Product for an evening discussion on what makes companies pursue new product ventures. We will explore what happens behind the C-suite decisions made when expanding product portfolios.
