What we're about

Adventure SLC is Adventure from casual to extreme! We are all about getting like minded people together, out in nature and giving back to a cause! Most of our adventures are free, although there are several causes that we are passionate about and we often team up with non-profit organizations to pay it forward and give back to people in need! How awesome to get out in nature, meet new friends and also making a contribution to humanity! Our Adventures range from meditating in a float tank to hiking, paddle boarding, skydiving, educational classes and even "bagging" some peaks! You never know what we will be doing next but we are always hosting some cool hikes!

It's absolutely free to join, all of our staff are volunteers and we are always looking for new guides that want to get out and share their passions with others! If you feel compelled to help out, please hit the "Pitch In" Button on the front page (even $5 helps) as it costs of several hundred dollars a year to keep this site alive and full of fun adventures. Thanks so much for joining us and we look forward to seeing you on the trail or at our next Adventure for a Cause!

Thursday Morning Hike to Bell's Reservoir

Bell Canyon Granite Trailhead

Bring spikes for the ice! This is going to be a regularly scheduled morning hike for anyone who wants to get out and exercise in the great outdoors with friends! It's suitable for all levels because it's a short, simple hike and you can hike at your own pace or challenge yourself to make it a great workout! There are many options with this one. The hike to the reservoir is a little over a mile and makes a great workout or you can take your time and eventually work up to a faster pace. Once we are at the reservior you can take some pics, breath in the mountain and head back or hike a little further... Often times the group will split up, some will go back and others will keep hiking around the "lake'... This is designed to be a great opportunity to get out for a quickie in nature with your friends :-)
