Join us on this fun, casual 3.3-mile out-and-back trail near Draper, Utah. Generally considered a moderate route, it takes an average of 1.5 - 2 hrs to complete. This is a very popular area for hiking, mountain biking, and trail running, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are January through October. You'll need to leave pups at home — dogs aren't allowed on this trail.
This trail enters the Bonneville Shoreline Trail at Hidden Valley Park and leads to the Bear Canyon Bridge. The driveway and access to the Hidden Valley Park is located next to the parking lot of the LDS Chapel. There is no direct easement on Wasatch Blvd.

This is a regularly scheduled morning hike for anyone who wants to get out and exercise in the great outdoors with friends! It's suitable for all levels because it's a short, simple hike and you can hike at your own pace or challenge yourself to make it a great workout!
There are many options with this one. The hike to the reservoir is a little over a mile and makes a great workout or you can take your time and eventually work up to a faster pace. Once we are at the reservior you can take some pics, breath in the mountain and head back or hike a little further... Often times the group will split up, some will go back and others will keep hiking around the "lake'...
Please download the app so we can communicate any changes for the hike. Also, please change your RSVP if you decide to cancel and not show up... Thanks and see you there :-)
This is a great opportunity to get out for a mid week quickie in nature with your friends :-)

This is an incredible combination of Energy, Breathwork and Meditation while encompassed in 10,000 lbs of Himalayan Salt. It’s literally like meditating inside of a crystal!
We will start with simple tai chi / qigong movements to get your chi moving, followed with alkaline breathwork to hyper oxygenate your system and release trapped emotions, followed by a clearing and calming meditation. This is the perfect class for intermediate to beginners. Learn about your energy flow and relax your body. This combination has been proven to help relax your central nervous system, calm the heart, lower blood pressure, and reduce daily stress levels. This class can also help you bring up and release stuck emotions from your past and move stagnant energy...
Your Teacher: Jason Latas, Human Performance Coach, has had the ability to see the human energy field or aura since childhood and first astral traveled out of his body at 18. Looking down at his body in meditation and realizing that there were no “eyes” up there looking down gave him a new perspective on life with the question; “who is the observer?” Jason has had the opportunity,
through his travels to learn from Hawaiian Kupuna, Peruvian Shaman, Chinese Martial Arts Masters and The Massai in Africa. Mixing his knowledge of the human genome, neuroplasticity, the mind/body connection, and the spiritual traditions and “knowing” of many
cultures, he takes a whole-body approach to wellness and sees his clients from an energetic and cellular level.
All Salt Cave sessions include treatments called Halo-therapy & Speleotherapy. Halo-Therapy is a healing treatment which involves the distribution of finely ground up pure, untreated pharmaceutical grade Himalayan salt into the air of the micro-climate. This salt is absorbed
through the breath & skin as it circulates around you through the air during your session. Speleotherapy is also known as cave therapy, where it is the energies of the micro-climate itself that are the treatment. Benefits of both include improvement in general respiratory
health, enhancement of lung capacity, reducing of stress, improving of sleep patterns, boosting of the immune system, much more.
Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing. Towels are provided for comfort. You can sit on the benches or in the sand. No phones, liquids or electronics allowed in cave...
- Please arrive a little early to check in
- Due to the nature of the class, doors will be locked when class starts as not to disturb participants...
